As user of this website you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make are subject to our terms and conditions below:
'The Company' means Helpiammoving.com Ltd trading as CrocBox. 'The Customer' means person individual or company including buyer. 'Goods' means any items/materials for hire including crates, dolly's, skates, removal blankets, wardrobe units, packing materials.
Ordering and acceptance procedure
Once a customer fills out a form with their personal details this will then go to our secure server requesting payment details. Once the customer clicks on submit, a confirmation email will then be sent out to you saying that we have received your order. This will include product details, price and delivery address. It is then the customers responsible to check such information as incorrect details may result in a delay or non delivery. Any amendments or cancellations must be emailed to Croc-box boxes.com immediately. Once credit card details have been accepted then the customer will then get a separate email confirming this. Goods will then be dispatched on the requested date. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All prices quoted on the website are in GB pounds (£) sterling. Value Added Tax (V.A.T.) Croc-box reserves the right to alter prices at any time without prior notice. If a particular item is out of stock then we will update our website to reflect this, if however you have placed an order in the time frame then we will contact you either by email, facsimile or telephone. We will suggest a replacement or suitable upgrade but if you are not satisfied with this option then you have the right to cancel the order and a full refund will be given. Croc-box is not however liable for late delivery or failure to delivery through any cause which is beyond reasonable control of the company.
We can only accept Mastercard & Visa for rented crates. We use a company called Sagepay to process the payment details. You can visit them at www.sagepay.co.uk. Payment is in sterling at no circumstances shall a customer be entitled to make any deduction or withhold payment for any reason. A customer acknowledges that their credit card will be kept on file for the duration of the rental agreement. Once the goods have been collected and returned then unless damaged or lost, no additional costs will occur. However if the goods are not returned within the agreed time then the customer acknowledges and authorises Croc-Box to charge any amount associated with the above stated terms and conditions. If the customer does not call or put in writing that they wish to extend their hire period on the day their hire date expires or ask for collection, then the customer shall pay for additional weeks or the full retail value of the goods plus any interest at 4% above base rate.
Damaged and lost of goods
Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the goods. Any damaged goods must be immediately reported on delivery drop off. Failure to do so will waive any customers' rights. The customer is fully liable for any loss, theft or damage during the duration of their rental. The Customer agrees to repay to the Company all costs and charges and expenses incurred by reason of any breach of the Agreement by the Customer. Goods must not be repaired, modified or adjusted except by the customer.
Delivery & Collection
A customer must be in to receive the goods and sign for. If however they are out when an agreed delivery slot has been agreed then the customer's order may be cancelled and a restocking fee and original delivery costs applied. If a customer wants to arrange redeliver then they must pay a redelivery fee. If a customer has arranged for collection then they must be in. If they are not then the collection delivery costs must be paid and an additional collection fee will apply.
The goods remain at all time the property of Croc-Box.
We require at least immediate notice (Monday to Friday) of order amendment or cancellation prior to the Delivery Date. In the event of the customer cancelling an order, croc-box reserves the right to charge the customer for any costs accrued up to the time of cancellation.
Terminating contract early
The contract is set on a weekly basics, however a customer can buy additional rental week periods when ordering. If a customer however finds that they no longer need the crates for that stated rental period then they can contact Croc-box to arrange early collection. It is at the discretion of Croc boxes if a refund is given back to the customer. If a refund is given and the order is under the free delivery option then the customer must pay for the original delivery fee.
A discount code can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Croc-box.
Pages that request payment information are encrypted and protected using the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits provided by Verisign. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Software, which encrypts any data transmitted - please see below. The secure socket layer (SSL) encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. We DO NOT sell on your personal details to a third party and are registered under the Data Protection Act (Number Z8657840) Your personal data is only used for the purpose of processing your order and from time to time to send an email regarding a request for feedback.
